RAMADHAN CHALLENGE WITH TROVESKIN x OLAY INDONESIA

Hello everyone...

Masih dalam suasana lebaran nih, sebelumnya mau mohon maaf lahir dan batin, agak sedih harus berpisah dengan bulan Ramadhan, semoga tahun depan masih diberi kesempatan bertemu.

Ramadhan tahun ini aku terpilih jadi salah satu diantara 100 tester untuk mengikuti Ramadhan Challenge yang diadakan Troveskin, berkolaborasi dengan Olay Indonesia. Sebelumnya, tahun lalu aku pernah mengikuti challenge dari troveskin juga yaitu TroveSkinxPyunkangYul, kalian yang belum download aplikasi troveskin segera download deh dan jangan lupa follow Instagramnya, supaya ga ketinggalan info menarik dari troveskin. Kalian bisa download aplikasinya disini supaya bisa langsung dapat 50 poin, nah poin ini nantinya bisa kalian tuker dengan skincare gratissss, seru kan!

Ramadhan Challenge

Di challenge ini, 100 tester mendapatkan 2 produk dari Olay indonesia yaitu Olay White Radiance Light Perfecting Essence dan Olay Regenerist Micro Sculpting Cream untuk digunakan selama 28hari, start di hari pertama puasa. Para tester harus share perkembangan kulit dan pengalaman mereka menggunakan produk tersebut di instagram feed untuk hari ke 1,7,14 dan 28. Bagi tester yang mungkin tidak cocok atau kurang suka dengan produknya bisa stop challenge nya kapan saja, jadi ga ada paksaan sama sekali.

Oke, sekarang kita bahas produknya dulu aja.

Olay White Radiance Light Perfecting Essence

Adalah essence yang diformulasikan dengan teknologi Pearl-Optics™ Technology, membantu meningkatkan pantulan cahaya pada kulit dengan mencerahkan, menyegarkan dan menyamarkan bintik-bintik.

Dikemas dalam dropper bottle 30ml berbahan kaca dengan warna pearly white yang nampak berkilauan jika terkena pantulan cahaya, mewah banget!

Bertekstur cair dengan essence warna milky white, baunya cukup enak sih aku lumayan suka bau2 bunga segar gitu, kalo menurut keterangan itu perpaduan antara bau mawar melati semuanya indah, hahahaha.

Olay Regenerist Micro Sculpting Cream

Adalah cream pelembab yang membantu menyamarkan pori-pori, membantu kulit terasa lebih halus dan nampak bersinar, mengencangjan kulit serta menyamarkan garis halus/ keriput.

Cream yang aku dapatkan ini yang ukuran mini/travel size ukuran 14 gr. Dikemas dalam jar plastik tebal berwarna merah dengan tutup silver.

Teksturnya rich, tidak terlalu cair maupun padat. Baunya enak juga tapi kayak familiar banget dengan bau-bauan kayak gini, sepertinya banyak aku temui di produk-produk skincare yang banyak dijual di pasaran.

Day 1

Ini adalah hari pertama aku menggunakan kedua produk dari Olay Indonesia. First impression aku cukup suka dengan essence nya yang bertekstur cair, mudah terserap dan tidak lengket, begitu pula dengan creamnya meskipun teksturnya rich tapi cukup nyaman digunakan di kulitku yang sensitive acne prone ini. Di hari pertama ini kondisi ku dengan permasalahan utamany yaitu pori-pori besar, banyak noda bekas jerawat, tekstur kulit yang jelek dan warna kulit yang tidak rata.

Urutan skincare ku : Face wash - toner - olay white radiance light perfecting essence - olay regenerist micro sculpting cream - sun screen (jika di pagi hari)

Hasil analisa kulit dengan score 92 dan usia 29 tahun, yang artinya 2tahun lebih tua dibandingkan usia asliku. Oh iya pencahayaan dan hp yang digunakan untuk mengambil foto juga mempengaruhi hasil score dan usia kulit.

Day 7

Dihari ke 7 ini aku rasanya ingin menyerah, karena ternyata creamnya membuat kulitku kering, sampai ada beberapa dry patches di area hidung dan dagu, dan itu parah banget sampai bisa dikelupas. Tapi disisi lain aku suka banget dengan essence nya, dimana hasilnya yang nyata terlihat wajahku nampak lebih cerah. Kemudian aku mencoba untuk masih tetap menggunakan cream nya yaitu dengan cara memberikan ekstra hydrating dan memberikan tambahan cream pelembab. And problem solved!

Ini urutannya : Face wash - toner - hydrating essence/toner 2-3 layer - olay white radiance light perfecting essence - olay regenerist micro sculpting cream - moisturizer merk lain yang kelembapannya oke - sun screen (jika di pagi hari)

Score kulit naik 3 angka, tapi usia kulit semakin tua 39tahun hasilnya.

Day 14

Sampai dihari ke 14 aku tidak merasakan adanya reaksi negatif dari kedua produk ini seperti iritasi atau munculnya jerawat baru, sebelumnya memang kulitku jadi kering gara-gara creamnya tapi sekarang udah ga lagi setelah aku kasih hydrating toner sebelum memakainya. Di hari ke 14 ini yang aku lihat noda bekas jerawat mulai tersamarkan, semantara tekstur kulit dan pori-pori belum ada perubahan.

Score naik dan usia jadi sangat muda hahhaha bahagia banget kalo hasilnya kayak gini.

Day 28

Ini adalah hari terakhir challenge, sampai hari ke 28 ini hasil signifikan yang bisa aku lihat dan rasakan adalah noda bekas jerawatku banyak yang memudar, kulit tampak lebih cerah bahkan sejak di hari ke 7, kemudian hasil lain yang mulai aku rasakan mulai minggu ke 3 setelah lebih dari 20 hari memakai adalah kulit terasa lebih kencang dan elastis.

Bisa kalian lihat difoto perbandingan foto day 1 vs day 28, terlihat sebelumnya kulitku mulai kendur dan di hari ke 28 nampak lebih kencang. Sementara untuk masalah pori-poriku yang besar belum ada perubahan. Oh iya fotonya itu aku ambil di cuaca or jam yang berbeda jadi tone nya jg jadi berbeda.

Score nya 88 meskipun aku merasa hari ini kondisi kulitku jauh lebih baik dibanding hari pertama dengan score 92, sementara usia kulit hari ini 24th yang artinya 3th lebih muda dibandingkan usia asliku, hihihi.

Conclusion

Aku punya kisah sedih, yang selalu aku alami Ketika lebaran, dimana ketika berkumpul dengan keluarga besar selalu wajahku dalam keadaan jelek, pas purging lah atau bahkan break out, intinya keluarga tidak pernah melihat aku dengan kondisi kulit yang "lebih baik" mau makan ini itu mereka kompak berteriak "heyyy wajahmu udah kayak gitu (jerawatan maksudnya) jangan makan abcd...z" Sumpah ga nyaman banget aku jadi ga leluasa makan dan merasa sedih. Tahun ini aku bertekad, mereka harus melihatku dengan kulit yang lebih baik dari sebelum-sebelumnya, dan aku ingin berterimakasih yang sebesar-besarnya kepad TroveSkin dan Olay Indonesia yang akhirnya mewujudkannya, tahun ini mereka tidak lagi meneriaki aku melarang makan ini itu atau menyarankan bernagai cara supaya wajahku jadi lebih baik, kebanyakan mereka bertanya "pakai apa sekarang? Ehh wajahmu jadi bersih loh, wajahmu tambah cerah ya sekarang, jadi kelihatan lebih muda!" And I'm so happy to explain that "Aku pakai Olay kak!"

Aku sangat merekomendasikan produk ini buat kalian yang udah hopeless dengan masalah bekas jerawat dan kulit wajah tidak merata. Produk ini juga cocok di pakai yang punya wajah cenderung berjerawat, keduanya tidak menambah jerawat jadi makin parah, hanya saja untuk yang kulitnya kering aku sarankan untuk menambah kelembapan ekstra.

THE VEGAN GLOW GOOD MORNING AND GOOD NIGHT CREAM REVIEW

Last month I have been chosen as one of 15 lucky collaborators to try the vegan glow products, I'm so excited because I have been eyeing this brand for so long because I heard a lot of good feedback about their products and finally, I have a chance to try it!

Their concept of "clean beauty" that inspired by nature and enhanced by science really interesting, they are vegan, cruelty-free, EWG green.

Their products are free from artificial fragrance, hazardous and animal-derived ingredients. They believe that they don't own the animals, therefore we can rest assured that no animals suffer for our beauty.

They also environment-friendly! They replace the use of bubble wrap for products safety on the way with craft paper that decorated beautifully with doilies paper. The products Itself packaged in recycled airless plastic bottles, I like this packaging because the product is more hygienic than cream with jar packaging. The box also made from recycled paper and printed with soy ink.

The packaging design is very simple but quite elegant, the combination of white and green, with the picture of the moon and the sun on top their cap to distinguish between good morning cream and good night cream.

They present the EWG hazard scores for all the ingredients on the box, and all the ingredients score are 1-2 in green color that's mean low hazard. That's why it called EWG Green.

GOOD MORNING CREAM

Enriched with cacao seed butter that high in antioxidants, which help fight free-radical damage to the skin and Panthenol (Provitamin B5) that improves skin hydration. This day cream protects your skin against moisture loss while providing nutrition and hydration.

It has a gel-cream texture that turns into water droplets and glides smoothly onto your skin. I only used a couple of pumps for my entire face. It has a refreshing scent, smells like eucalyptus, then I look up into the ingredients list, I thought it was Rosemary leaf oil scents.

The Good Morning Cream on the upper side

Centella Asiatica and Madecassoside on the ingredients provided soothing sensation and help calmed my sensitive skin, it also hydrated my skin all day long. This cream has a beautiful glow finish, it's lightweight and not sticky.

GOOD NIGHT CREAM

Enriched with vitamin E that has moisturizing and healing benefits, and Adenosine that functions as a good soothing and skin-restoring agent. This night cream improves skin elasticity. The lightweight formula ensures quick absorption and leaves a soft and smooth finish.

At glance, the texture looks like the good morning cream, but it has a rather dense texture. It smells like lime leaves that my mom usually used for cooking, but the scent actually comes from Bergamot fruit oil.

The Good Night Cream on the down side

This Good Night Cream also has Centella Asiatica and Madecassoside on the ingredients list, so it also provides a soothing sensation and calming function. I love how every morning I woke up with smooth, supple skin and not too oily, my skin quite hydrated overnight.

I've been using these products for 2 weeks, I could easily say that I like both, but I love the good night cream the most! I noticed my skin texture and elasticity improves, it's really nice and soft to touch, it also provides a healthy glow that everyone's dreams!

BENTON GOODBYE REDNESS CENTELLA SPOT CREAM

Over a month ago, I was chosen as one of 100 lucky testers to try Benton new product.

Benton Goodbye Redness Centella Spot Cream

What is it? Spot cream with more than 42% Natural Centella Asiatica, which instantly moisturizes and nourishes while actively soothing irritated and red skin, leaving your skin clear and healthy.

Main Ingredients:
- Centella Asiatica, well known to be excellent for soothing, protecting and recovering the skin.
- Calamine helps protect and soothe troubled skin or irritated skin from the sun's rays or other external stressors.
- The other main ingredients are tea tree and peppermint which helps soothe sensitive and irritated skin.

How to Use: use at the last step of skincare, apply a suitable amount to concerned spot or over the whole face.

Texture & Scents: It has a distinct pink color and creamy liquid texture that easily absorbed, with soothing tea tree scents.

My Experience:

This product came at the right time when I got troubled on my faces, such as hormonal acne and irritated skin. I immediately used it right away, I was surprised because it wasn't like the other spot cream with calamine ingredient that I had tried before, the product was absorbed into the skin without leaving white residue on the skin's surface, the other calamine products usually would dry up on the skin surface, and leaving white residue sometimes it feels itchy and clogs pores.

It has a soothing sensation, so it can soothe my acne and irritated skin, I love how this product cares for oil-water balance and excessive sebum secretion which is effective in keeping skin soft. The next morning I found my acne improves and only left blemishes and a little swollen. I used it daily, twice a day on my whole face, it took 1-2 weeks to make the blemishes and scars completely disappear from my face. I have acne prone skin type, so I have tried many spot cream products, it's like my remedies die products and so far I want to say that this is the best spot cream I've ever tried.

AVOSKIN PERFECT HYDRATING TREATMENT ESSENCE : PRODUK HYDRATING ESSENCE TERBAIK DARI BRAND LOKAL

Kalian pasti sudah ga asing lagi dengan brand lokal ini, it's Avoskin. Aku sendiri sudah lama penasaran dengan brand ini, dan salah satu produknya yang menjadi incaranku adalah Perfect Hydrating Treatment Essence (PHTE) and I'm so excited karena akhirnya aku berkesempatan untuk mencobanya.

Perfect Hydrating Treatment Essence

PHTE adalah essence best seller dari Avoskin dengan main ingredients seperti ascorbic acid/ETVC, chamomile extract, rosehip oils, dll. Kalian bisa melihat Alcohol menempati urutan kedua di ingredients nya, tapi kalian tidak perlu khawatir karena alcohol yang digunakan merupakan jenis fatty yang berfungsi sebagai carrying agent, jenis alcohol inidianggap efektif untuk melembutkan & menghaluskan kulit. Oh iya, produk ini juga cruelty free dan no animal testing.

Produk ini tersedia dalam 2 ukuran yaitu 100ml dan 30ml, ini punyaku yang ukuran 30ml. Dikemas dalam frosted glass bottle, kalian harus hati-hati jangan sampe jatuh bisa pecah. Dengan tutup ulir berwarna silver, dibagian dalamnya juga ada safety cap supaya cairan tidak mudah tumpah. Dilengkapi dengan box berwarna putih dengan design minimalis, dibagian atas box terdapat segel hologram, sementara keterangan produk serta ingredients ada dibagian belakang.

Memiliki tekstur cair sedikit kental dan berwarna bening seperti air. Memiliki aroma yang kuat tapi cukup enak, baunya seperti perpaduan manis dan fresh. Produk ini agak sulit di keluarkan dari botol, harus mengetuk-ngetuknya ke tangan supaya cairan bisa keluar, seeprtinya karena tekstur produk yang agak kental atau bagian leher botol yang terlalu kecil.

Aku telah menggunakan produk ini selama hampir 3 minggu. PHTE ini mudah terserap dan tidak lengket di kulit, selain itu juga terasa sejuk menyegarkan, aku biasa menggunakannya 2-3 layer setelah memakai Acid Toner. Produk ini datang tepat di saat ada beberapa dry patches di bagian wajah gara-gara salah satu creamku, setelah rutin menggunakannya tidak ada lagi dry patches diwajahku. Produk ini cukup baik menghidrasi kulit, setiap kali menggunakannya aku bangun di pagi hari tanpa wajah seperti kilang minyak. I really love this product, aku rekomendasikan produk ini buat kalian yang lagi mencari hydrating products, I definitely will repurchase!

BENTON ALOE HYALURON CREAM - THE BEST CREAM FOR SENSITIVE SKIN

A few weeks ago I was chosen as one of the lucky testers for Benton Aloe Hyaluron Cream, I'm really excited because I never used Benton products before.

Benton Aloe Hyaluron Cream

What is it? A moisturizer cream that contains 40% Aloe Vera Leaf Water and 7-Hyaluronic Acid Complex. It's free of controversial ingredients such as artificial fragrance, coloring, volatile alcohol,PEGs,etc.

Main ingredients:

- Aloe, well known as an excellent ingredient for moisturizing, hydration, soothing, helping to leave skin clear and revitalized.

- 7 Hyaluronic Acid Complex, helps mantain moisture in the outer layer of the skin,mantain skin's elasticity, hydrates fibers in skin,etc.

How to use : Use at the last step of skincare by applying a suitable amount and spread evenly to absorb.

Packaging : It packaged in 50gr green tube with black flip-top cap and it sealed with an aluminium foil for an extra sterilization.

My experience : I have been using this cream for 2 weeks, from April 29 to May 13 2019, on my skincare routine both am & pm. I love the lightweight and moist texture of this cream, it's glides smoothly on my face and turns into white milky drop before it's absorb. I initially thought it would be like tone up cream, but no! After the cream fully absorbed the white shade disappears. It's instantly reduce the redness and give moisture.

This cream is free from artificial fragrance so the scents comes from the ingredients itself,
I thought it's smells like crushed leaves, it reminds me of my childhood that usually playing role play as a chief and cooking crushed leaves lol, but this cream has very light scents and will disappear immediately after absorbed.

I have large pores, skin texture and hyperpigmentation before using this cream. After 2 weeks, my skin look smooth, it's really nice to see and soft to touch. I always wake up in the morning with good supple skin and not too oily, it's indicated that my face quite hydrated overnight.

Having sensitive and acne prone skin isn't easy for me to find the right cream that suitable for my skin, but I will say that I love this cream since the first time I used it.

D-MASK Salmon Aqua Firming Mask

A few months ago I got some products from D-brand Korea, and today I'd like to share my experience using their sheet mask.

D-MASK Salmon Aqua Firming Mask

This mask contains 84% of high enriched salmon egg extract that helps brighten and tighten the skin. It also protects the skin from damage and free radicals, firms the skin, and provides the highest possible level of hydration. The other main ingredient of this mask are ceramide and safflower extract, it help skin capture moisture.

This mask has hypoallergenic 100% Natural cellulose sheet and it fit on my face.

It has clear essence textured like mucus, I thought it's because this mask contains 84% salmon egg extract.

has a quite refreshing scent, slightly smells like a floral scent.

In a couple minutes I used it, I felt the soothing sensation. After 20 minutes I took it off and massaged the essence left on my face. The results were very surprising, my face instantly looks bright, felt tigh and hydrated. It felt sticky for a while, but after the essence was absorbed my skin felt smooth, the pores appeared small and not sticky at all.I really love it.
